📦 StchNow Shipping Policy


(Applicable to all StchNow platforms :  mobile app, website, social media, and offline fulfillment centers)


At StchNow, we turn your custom design ideas into perfectly fitted garments,  delivered to your doorstep with care. This policy outlines how your stitched pieces travel from our studio to you.

✨ General Terms

  • Using any StchNow platform means you agree to the terms below.

  • These terms may change to reflect operational or legal updates.

  • You must be legally eligible to contract under Indian law.

  • All legal matters are under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and globally using partners like DTDC, Expressbees, or our own logistics team (for hyperlocal deliveries).

📍 Domestic Delivery Times:

  • Within city: 24-36 hours

  • Inter-city: 4-5 business days

🌍 International Delivery:

  • Standard: 7-10 business days (subject to customs)

  • Note: Timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors. We’ll always keep you informed.

💸 Shipping Charges

Pickup & delivery charges start at ₹99 and vary by order urgency, weight, and distance.

 

No Cash on Delivery (COD) by default. It may be allowed case-by-case.

 

All charges will be visible before you confirm your order.

📦 Delivery Address

No edits once your order is placed, please double-check your address!

 

Deliveries to gated communities or restricted locations require customer coordination.

 

Failed deliveries due to address inaccessibility will be rescheduled and may incur extra charges.

🧵 Processing Time

Each outfit is custom-made. Delivery timelines are discussed during consultation and confirmed jointly. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays due to seasonal load or supply chain issues may happen.

🌐 International Orders

Customs duties and import taxes are customer’s responsibility.

 

Delivery is subject to local regulations. Once shipped, StchNow cannot guarantee delivery timelines for overseas orders.
