Welcome to StchNow! We're thrilled to be your partner in creating custom-stitched fashion wear. These Terms & Conditions apply to all our services, whether you're using our mobile app, website, social media channels, or visiting our offline stitching centers.

Understanding Our Products and Services
​
At StchNow, we blend online convenience with offline craftsmanship. Please keep in mind that the product details, including specifications like weight, seam strength, colors, handwork, sizes, and measurements, are approximate. Since everything is custom-fitted and depends on fabric quality, there might be slight variations.

Eligibility to Use Our Services
​
To use StchNow, you must be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If we discover you're under 18 or otherwise "incompetent to contract," we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services.
Important Note: All disputes related to StchNow and its orders/fulfillment will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Your Account and Registration

To access most of our services, you'll need to register with us. When you register, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Registration is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to revoke or terminate your registration at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Specific Service Terms
​
Free Alterations
​
We offer basic and permissible size and measurement alterations for garments stitched by StchNow. Please note the following:

The StchNow team's decision on the possibility of alterations is final and binding.

Changes to the style, design, or dress type are not permissible under these terms.

We won't cover alterations needed for the garment to fit another individual.

These alterations are complimentary only if you visit a StchNow authorized alteration center in India as listed. Abroad alteration centres are not available
-
Service charges may apply for pickup or delivery of alteration requirements, which you'll need to pay.

We are not responsible for any refunds once a garment has been altered by StchNow or any other party.

StchNow is not responsible for any losses if these alteration terms are not fulfilled by us.

Doorstep Measurements
​
Our "Doorstep Measurements" service is available only in the serviceable pin codes notified on the StchNow app/website. This service is provided on a "best effort" basis. Due to factors like weather, heavy workloads, order volume, or management decisions, our team, partners, or associates may not always be able to provide this service. StchNow is not responsible for any losses if this service cannot be fulfilled.

Fashion Designer Consultation
​
Our "Fashion Designer Consultation" typically happens via google meet or WhatsApp. Please understand:​

We cannot guarantee the final quality of the design or consultation outcome.

This service is purely on a "best effort" basis; scheduled appointments may be delayed or canceled due to reasons beyond our control.

StchNow is not responsible for any losses if these consultation terms are not fulfilled by us.

Other Important Terms
​
Order Processing and Payment
​

The actual stitching of your order may happen at any city where StchNow or its partners operate, at our discretion. The city selected on the StchNow interfaces is indicative and on a "best effort" basis.

Orders are processed only after we receive an advance payment as per our current process. Any changes to an order after advance payment will be considered a new order and may incur additional charges.

For dyed fabrics and hand embroidery, expect a shade/design/work variation of 15% to 20% from discussed colors or designs due to the custom nature of the work.

Any fitment issues must be notified to our support channel or a StchNow store within 48 hours of receiving your order.
-
Prices of services and products may change at StchNow's sole discretion.

Orders will be delivered only after full payment of the due amount. We reserve the right to retain your stitched garment in case of non-payment. Alterations will also be processed only after any balance is paid.

If you don't pick up your stitched garment within 14 days of its completion, StchNow assumes no further liability for the order.

Website Policies and Refunds

By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions, refund policies, and payment terms mentioned on www.stchnow.com . These policies will always supersede any terms mentioned elsewhere. We highly recommend referring to our website for the most up-to-date information.

Since all orders are custom-made, refunds are generally not admissible.

For any queries related to your orders, please call our customer support team. Our process audit team will analyze the issue and notify you of the outcome.

Refunds, if approved, will only be issued in the form of Gift Vouchers. These vouchers will have limited validity as per their terms and conditions. The issuance process usually takes 7-10 working days.

No cash or online refunds will be issued at any time on case to case basis.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery for normal orders is typically 7-10 days, and for complex designs, it's 15-20 days.

We'll always try to deliver sooner, but this depends on order volume, market conditions, logistics, and other factors beyond our direct control.

Due to the customized nature of orders, there might be delays in completion and delivery due to process or procurement delays. You explicitly agree to these terms, and we'll do our best to keep you updated.

The final design on the stitched garment may vary from illustrations and reference images, as all orders involve a visualization and stitching process. You agree to this for all orders, and StchNow reserves the final right to decide on such scenarios.

Other Important Information

StchNow reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

Home delivery and pickup services may incur additional charges at StchNow's discretion.

Home Measurement services, if offered, are at StchNow's discretion based on workload and distance, and will be charged extra.

The final order price may differ due to additional services, accessories, or fabrics required to meet quality and format standards. We will notify you of any variation in order value, and the order will be completed after your confirmation.

Communications and Data

By using StchNow Interfaces or communicating with us, you agree to receive electronic communications from us periodically when required.

We send updates via WhatsApp or SMS to the phone number you provide. This service depends on third-party providers, and you agree to receive these updates and offers.

Payments are accepted online (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking) through our government-approved third-party payment gateways. The availability of these gateways in all countries is subject to their policies, and StchNow is not responsible for their service parameters.

Our payment gateway partners use secure encryption to keep your transaction details confidential. We only receive pass/fail messages from them. Your card/banking information is not shared by our gateways or StitchNow unless required for fraud verification or by law/court order. StitchNow is not liable for any payment fraud; liability for fraudulent use is yours, and the burden to prove otherwise rests solely with you.

We may request supporting documents (e.g., government-issued ID and address proof) to verify ownership of the payment instrument for your safety.

All payments for purchases/services on StchNow Interfaces must be in Indian Rupees. For overseas remittances, applicable foreign exchange rules and processing charges will apply.

We reserve the right to recover costs, collection charges, and legal expenses from those using StchNow Interfaces fraudulently or mischievously. We may initiate legal proceedings for such acts.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from declined or unauthorized transactions.

Right to Be Forgotten / Data Deletion

We are committed to data privacy. Upon the expiry of an agreement or contract, or if you request, we will delete your personal identification data.

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the "right to erasure" or "right to be forgotten," allowing you to request data deletion if it's no longer necessary for its original purpose, or if you withdraw consent or object to processing without a compelling legitimate interest.

We will delete data and recorded calls "without undue delay," specifically within one month, barring exceptional circumstances, if any of the following apply:

The personal data is no longer necessary for its original purpose.

You withdraw consent.

You object to processing, and there's no overriding legitimate interest.

The personal data was unlawfully processed.

The personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.

Please note that data retention requirements may vary based on local laws and data governing authority requirements.

Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
Any reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other submissions you provide to StchNow Interfaces will remain StchNow's property. By submitting them, you grant us all worldwide rights to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, publish, display, and distribute them for any purpose, without restriction or compensation to you.

We are not obligated to keep comments confidential, compensate you for them, or respond to them.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights (like copyright or privacy) or contain unlawful, abusive, or spam content.

We don't regularly review posted comments or images but reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content.

You grant StitchNow the right to use your name in connection with any posted comments.

You agree not to use false email addresses, impersonate others, or mislead about the origin of your submissions. You are solely responsible for the content of your comments (including image sources, text, slogans), and you agree to fully indemnify StitchNow and its affiliates for any claims resulting from your submissions. We take no responsibility for comments submitted by you or any third party.

Accuracy of Content and Pricing
While we strive for accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In case of an incorrect price or information, StitchNow reserves the right to modify product types, patterns, designs, and prices, or to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless it has already been dispatched.

Alteration or Quality Error Requests
Any request for alterations or issues related to stitching quality will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.

COVID-19 and Emergency Situations
During the COVID-19 pandemic or any future contingencies/pandemics that lead to government lockdowns or restrictions, production and shipping of orders may be affected. Your orders are safe with us, and we will work towards fulfilling them once restrictions are lifted. Your support and continued patronage are appreciated during such times.

Gift Coupons and Gift Cards/Vouchers
We may use third-party providers for gift coupons and cards. Their availability and redemption will depend on the service parameters of these partners. Please contact us for any issues with gift cards, and we will address them with the service provider.

Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be canceled if:

The fabric has been picked up for styling and stitching.

The fabric has been sourced by us.
-
Cutting of the cloth/fabric has commenced.
-
Any work has begun on the fabrics (whether customer-provided or sourced by us).
We recommend checking fabrics and reference dresses for any damages in front of the pickup/delivery executive before handing them over. To request a cancellation (if eligible), please contact support and select the appropriate country and city. We will get back to you with the order status as soon as possible.

This officer is designated as per applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
