StchNow offers made-to-measure stitching on your fabric, house designs, alterations, custom / occasion quotes, design consults, and home visits (measure, fabric pickup, home alter) in serviceable areas.

Product details (colour, handwork, measurements) are approximate. Custom fit and fabric quality can create small variations from references or samples.

You must be able to enter a contract under Indian law (including the Indian Contract Act, 1872). If you are under 18, use StchNow only with a parent or guardian. We may suspend accounts that cannot contract.

Governing law: India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Register with true, current details (name, phone, address). Keep login details private. We may revoke access for misuse or fraud.

• Stitch is labour on fabric you provide, at published or quoted rates for your city.
• Work may be fulfilled in any city where StchNow or partners operate; the city you select is indicative.
• Dyed fabric and hand embroidery may vary about 15–20% from discussed shade or motif.
• Price may change if add-ons, fabric, or scope change — we will ask you to confirm before continuing.
• Delivery / dispatch only after full payment of labour and open visit fees. Unpaid garments may be retained.
• If you do not collect a finished piece within 14 days of completion notice, we assume no further liability for storage or loss.
• Fit issues: notify support within 48 hours of receipt.

• Doorstep measure / pickup only in notified pin codes, on a best-effort basis.
• Design consults (WhatsApp / video) are best-effort; slots may move for reasons beyond our control.
• Free / goodwill alterations: StchNow decides what is possible; style redesign is not included. Abroad alteration centres are not offered.

Because work is custom-made, refunds are generally not admissible. If we approve a goodwill credit after review, it is typically issued as a gift voucher (limited validity, usually 7–10 working days to issue) — not cash or an online refund. See Returns & refunds.

An order generally cannot be cancelled if:

• Fabric has been picked up for styling / stitching
• Fabric has been sourced by us
• Cutting or any work on the cloth has started

Check fabric with the pickup executive before handover. For eligible cancellations, contact support with your order reference.

• You agree to receive order updates by WhatsApp / SMS on the number you give us.
• Card and net-banking details are entered only on the payment gateway; we receive pass/fail results, not full card data.
• Purchases on StchNow Interfaces are in Indian Rupees.

Comments, reviews, and suggestions you send us may be used by StchNow worldwide for any purpose without compensation. Do not post unlawful or infringing content. You are responsible for what you submit.

We may update these terms without prior notice. The version on this site applies to new orders. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
